Method
1) In a food processor bowl combine sweetner, almond extract,
mascarpone cheese and orange zest.
2) Cover and blend or process until smooth.
3) Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
4) To serve, pipe or spoon mixture onto ginger snaps.
5) Garnish with sliced almonds.
