- One bottle Chef LaLa Homemade Orange Chipotle Marinade (13.5 oz.)
- 2–3 pounds Lamb Rib Chops
- Marinate lamb chops in one bottle Chef LaLa Homemade Orange Chipotle Marinade for at least 20 minutes.
- Place chops on a hot grill, reserving excess marinade. Grill on high heat, about 3 minutes per side (for medium rare).
- While chops are grilling, pour reserved marinade into a small sauce pan and bring to a boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- Spoon marinade on top of each chop to serve.
Serves 4 as a main course but also works well as an hors d’oeuvre
