Zesty Meat Sauce on Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin Olive oil
- ½ pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 bottle Chef LaLa Homemade Tomato Serrano Sauce
- 1 cup Water or Chicken Stock
- ½ pound dry pasta, cooked al dente
- 2 ounces cheese
Preparation
- In a medium sauté pan heat oil over medium-high heat. Add meat. Cook to brown for 5-7 minutes. Add 1 bottle Chef LaLa Tomato Serrano Sauce. Add 1 cup of water. Cover, lower heat, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Follow cooking instructions for your favorite pasta. Top with meat sauce. Sprinkle on your favorite cheese. (queso fresco used in picture)

Caprese Salad with Chipotle Flavored Oil
Finely chop 2 tablespoons of fresh basil and add to ¼ cup Chef LaLa Homemade Chipotle Oil. Heat oil on a low flame for 10 minutes in order to infuse basil flavor. Set aside to cool.
Meanwhile, slice fresh tomato and fresh mozzarella. Stack on a plate and drizzle with basil infused Chef LaLa Homemade Chipotle Oil. Top with sliced scallions.

Chicken Chipotle Stir Fry with Peanuts Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Chef LaLa Homemade Chipotle Flavored Oil *
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chicken breast, sliced thin (16 ounces)
- 1 tablespoon Low sodium Soy Sauce
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 medium zucchini, cut in half lengthwise and sliced (8 ounces)
- ¼ medium red onion, thinly sliced (3 ounces)
- ½ pack sliced mushrooms (4 ounces)
- ½ medium red bell pepper, sliced (2½ ounces)
- ½ medium green bell pepper, sliced (2½ ounces)
- 2 ounces peanuts
*A high smoke point oil like canola or grape seed oil can be substituted for Chef LaLa Homemade Stir Fry Chipotle Oil.
Preparation
- In a small bowl, combine chicken, soy sauce and pepper. Stir to combine and set aside.
- Heat wok over high heat. Add oil. Add garlic, stir, be careful not to burn. Cook until soft. Add chicken, stir and cook for 1 minute or until chicken turns white. Add zucchini, red onions, sliced mushrooms, red and green bell peppers. Stir to combine. Cook until are tender but firm fro approximately 3 minutes.
- Serve with whole grain brown rice.

Chef’s Note: Be creative, add your favorite herbs and spices like cilantro and ginger. Other great stir fry vegetables include, bok choy, asparagus, carrots, green onion, leeks, snow peas, soy beans, celery, spicy chiles.

- ¼ cucharadita de pimienta negro
- 1 calabacín mediano, cortado por la mitad y en rodajas (8 onzas)
- ¼ cebolla roja mediana, cortada en rodajas finas (3 onzas)
- ½ paquete de champiñones en rodajas (4 onzas)
- ½ pimiento rojo mediano, en rodajas (2½ onzas)
- ½ pimiento verde mediano, en rodajas (2½ onzas)
- 2 maní oz
*Un aceite de alto punto de humo como el de canola o aceite de semilla de uva puede ser sustituido por Chef LaLa Revuelva Fry casera de aceite de chipotle.
Preparación
- En un tazón pequeño,mezcle el pollo,la salsa de sojay la pimienta.Revuelva para mezclary dejar de lado.
- wok Calentar a fuego alto. Agregue el aceite. Agregue el ajo, revolver, tenga cuidado de no quemarse. Cocine hasta que estén blandas. Agregue el pollo, revolver y cocinar por 1 minuto o hasta que el pollo se vuelve blanco. Añadir el calabacín, cebolla roja, champiñones, pimiento rojo y pimiento verde. Revuelva para mezclar. Cocine hasta que estén tiernas pero firmes lado a otro aproximadamente 3 minutos.
- Sirva con arroz de grano entero.
